Rates are dropping

3d Custom Design
To better enhance the new home experience, we now custom design all of our homes in 3d modeling. This allows you the buyer to visualize the home before deciding on the details of the floor plans & elevations. This service does not add any cost to the construction of the home since all of the design work is completed myself.
The reason I have added this service is our new CAD drawing software has greatly enhanced designing in 3D with minimal time consumption. As a buyer, it is very difficult to fully understand how the house will function or appear from the outside with flat line drawings. The full color 3D drawings shows a realistic representation of the final completed home.
We will be updating our website with the new 3D drawings by mid March, please be sure to visit it & see the new models & drawings.
